Banjaluka college (BLC) on March 24 (Saturday) was the host of the event “Developers’ mDay” created by mCloud from Serbia, supported by codecentric.
More than 100 visitors had a chance to hear very interesting lectures on IoT, MySQL, Big Data, Blockchain and many other interesting topics. This one-day international conference brought 10 IT experts and enthusiasts on various topics, so we could hear some predictions when it comes to Android development in future, see some wider scope, or just stretch a little bit something that is called the Internet of Things.
The lecturers “provoked” the crowd in a right kind of way, so many questions were not missed. We had also chance to hear something about advantages of quality web hosting as well as the challenges which are present for our profession in this region.
codecentric Bosnia had two brilliant representatives on this occasion:
Panel discussion Where do we stand regarding world trends was left for the end of the first Banjaluka Developers’ Day. A lot of questions considering developers’ professions were answered by experienced speakers, who spared some very significant pieces of advice. The audience took part in this topic by sharing their individual experiences regarding the developer jobs and profession, analyzing and comparing the flow of time regarding this specific profession.
The conclusion was related to something that we could define as continuous learning and specialization of the people in IT sector, which includes adaptation and personal motivation to gain knowledge on present changes in the sector which occurs to happen on very short-time sequences – is a must.
